If you are a month to month customer, you may cancel your BSCpro account at any time. After cancellation, we will cease billing your credit card. If you have paid in advance (6 months or 12 months) at a discounted rate, you will be refunded a pro-rated amount based on the NON-discounted, normal monthly rate.
No refunds except for partial, pro-rated refunds for advance payments (6 months or 12 months). If you are unhappy with our software, you can cancel at any time, but any refunds given for payments already made will be at the sole discretion of management.
